Catalan garlic soup



  • large cloves of garlic
  • Some slices of dry bread (traditional bread)
  • 1,5 Litre
  • A little olive oil
  • Salt
  • two raw organic eggs (0)


  1. Lightly fry the garlic cloves and the bread in a little olive oil
