Ingredients

  • A fresh organic lettuce
  • Some delicious tomatoes
  • Some Morrocan olives
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated beetroot
  • A little beer yeast flakes
  • Some crushed almonds
  • Some sliced cucumber

Elaboració

  1. The Dressing – shake these ingredients together in a bottle

  2. Freshly ground black pepper

  3. Olive oil (always Virgin Olive oil)

  4. A little salt and a little vinegar
